Agip ATF 2D

Spesification
AGIP ATF 2D meets the requirements of the General Motor Dexron IID specification.
Description

  • AGIP ATF 2 D has excellent oxidation stability, thus preventing deterioration when in contact with materials at very high temperatures, and avoiding any tendency towards sludge formation.
  • It has good detergent-dispersant properties to help keep  impurities in suspension, and prevent deposit formation.
  • Its correctly balanced friction modifiers  ensure quiet, smooth operation and hence optimum transmission efficiency.
  • Its very low pour point guarantees excellent performance at the lowest temperatures encountered in service.
  • Careful selection of the viscosity index improver ensures that the product has excellent viscosity characteristics even after extended service.
  • Its EP additives help minimize wear and guard against damage to gear surfaces.
  • It is non-corrosive to steel and copper and ferrous and non-ferrous alloys in general.
  • Its anti-rust properties inhibit rust formation in the hydraulic systems of automatic transmissions.
  • Its anti-foam qualities minimize any tendency  to foaming that could adversely affect oil circulation and lubricating properties.
  • AGIP ATF 2 D is perfectly compatible with all types of rubber used in gaskets and seals.

Agip Rotra HY

Spesification
AGIP ROTRA HY meets the requirements of the following service and specifications :
− API GL-4
− MIL-L-2105 LEVEL
− MB 235.1

− VW TL 726 LEVEL
− LIEBHERR
Description
AGIP ROTRA HY is an EP (Extreme Pressure) gear oil formulated for lubricating hypoid type gears operating under normal conditions for which an EP oil is required.
It is also suitable for use in gear-boxes, final drives and power take-offs on farm and earthmoving machinery.

Agip Rotra MP

Spesification
AGIP ROTRA MP is officially approved by or meets the requirements of the following service
and  specifications:

  • API GL-5
  • US Department of the Army MIL-L-2105D
  • Ford M2C 105A
  • Ford M2C 154A
  • Ford SQM-2C-9002A/9008A/9101A
  • Chrysler MS-5644

  • ZF TE-ML 01, 05A, 07A 16C, 17B, 19B
  • ZF TE-ML 08, 16B (SAE 80W-90)

Description

  • Its superior EP additives ensure a continuous lubricant film even on gears operating under the severest conditions involving heavy dynamic and shock loads, and very high, or intermittent sliding speeds between the teeth.
  • Its outstanding anti-wear properties and its oiliness, markedly reduce gear-tooth and bearing wear.
  • AGIP ROTRA MP is non-corrosive to steel, cooper, and other metals and alloys, and thus helps keep lubricated parts in first-class condition.
  • Its antirust properties effectively prevent rust on gears  and in bearings even when moisture is present.
  • Its antifoam qualities minimize the formation of air bubbles that could adversely affect lubricant film continuity.
  • Its particularly good oxidation stability prevents any deterioration even when in contact with components operating at high temperatures. Thus any tendency for viscosity to increase or for sludge to form is inhibited. AGIP ROTRA MP can be kept in use for the long service periods specified by car manufacturers.

Agip Rotra MP

AGIP ROTRA MP is EP (Extreme Pressure) gear oil recommended for hypoid gears operating
under severe conditions and for very highly loaded gears in general, especially those
subject to dynamic loads.
It can also be used in conventional gear-boxes and steering –boxes on cars and trucks, and
in gear-boxes, final drives and power take-offs on farm and earth-moving machinery.
It can thus be used for lubricating all gears, whatever they are made of, for which the
manufacturer recommend an EP lubricant.
